CHILD POLICY:

Children 17 years or younger will stay free of charge in their parent's room.

GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS:

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. 

INCIDENTALS DEPOSIT:

An additional hold of $75 per night will be applied upon check-in, to be released upon check-out if not used.

CANCELLATION:

One night of room rate and tax fees will be charged to the method of payment on file for all cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled arrival date.

NO SHOW:

No-shows will be charged one night room and tax for the dates of the reservations.

EARLY DEPARTURE:

One night of room rate and tax fees will be charged to the method of payment on file for guests checking out earlier than the reservation indicated. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the hotel at the time of or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay.

Complimentary basic internet access in guest rooms and public areas.

PARKING:

Guests with reservations within the Group block ("2026 IIBEC BES") receive a 10% discount off the prevailing self-parking rate.  Exit/return privileges are extended to overnight guests.

Self-Parking: Daily: $59.00  Self-parking entrances off Maryland St. and Washington St.
Valet: Daily: $80.00. Overnight guest rate is between $65–$80.
