Registration Opens June 1
To receive the IIBEC member rate, you must renew or join prior to registering for the conference. IIIBEC membership is not required to register, but you are required to create a non-member profile prior to registering.
- All registration types include the welcome reception, any networking events, breakfast, and lunches.
- Full Registration also includes access to the proceedings and session recordings.
- Guest Registration does not allow for claiming CEHs or AIA learning units.

**To be eligible for Student registration fee, you must be a full-time student of an engineering, architectural, or construction management or similar discipline. By registering for the 2025 IIBEC BES, you consent to the following age limit policy: Any Guest below the age of 18 must be accompanied by a Full Registration adult at all times.
Credit Information:
All education sessions are approved for IIBEC CEH.
All sessions will be submitted to AIA.
Proceedings and Session Recordings
All Full Registration attendees will receive access to a digital version of this event’s Proceedings and this event’s recordings package as soon as they are available.
Cancellation and Substitution Policy
Cancellation/refund requests received on or before September 26, 2025, will be accepted and issued a 50% refund of the total registration fee(s). No refund or credit will be issued for cancellation requests made after September 26, 2025. Approved refunds will be processed after the event concludes.
Individual substitutions may be accepted through October 17, 2025, and each substitution will be subject to a $50 administrative/processing fee. No substitutions will be accepted after October 17, 2025.
There is an administrative/processing fee of $50 for each substitution request and $75 for each returned check. Cancellations and Substitutions must be processed by the Meetings & Events Team, [email protected]. IIBEC reserves the right to modify this policy.
