Continuing Education Credit Claim & Certificate Download Instructions

Step 1: Access the BES Credit Claim Site & Log in with your IIBEC.org account

Access the BES Credit Claim site: https://bes.iibec.org/education-credits Use the email address and password for your IIBEC Account. If you do not recall your password for your IIBEC account, click “Forgot Your Password?” to reset it.

 

Step 2: Input your AIA member number (SKIP this step if you are not an AIA member!)   

If you are not an AIA member, leave the AIA Number box blank and move to Step 3. If you are an AIA member and intend for IIBEC to report your attendance at event sessions to AIA, you must input your AIA member number.   If you do not input your AIA member number, your attendance will not be reported by IIBEC to AIA.

 

Step 3: Claim credit for attending sessions & download session certificates.

• You will not be able to claim credit for attending a session until the start time of the session.
• Claim credit for every individual session you attended at the event.
  1. Click “Claim Credit” 
  2. A pop-up prompt will ask you if you are sure you want to claim credit for attending the session. Click “OK” to confirm or “cancel” to go back to the session listing screen.
  3. A short survey will pop up. Complete the required questions. 
  4. After submitting the survey, you may choose to download a Certificate. Click “Back to Overview” to continue claiming for every session.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 4: Finalize your total IIBEC CEH credit claim & report to your IIBEC portal. 

Step 5: Download your overall attendance certificate.  

You do NOT need to self-report your IIBEC CEHs or upload your overall certificate to your IIBEC portal for this event.  If you are an AIA member and input your member number in Step 2, allow 10-14 days for your session attendance to be reported by IIBEC to AIA.
